Want to pause the subscription

Hi, this is my renewal subscription, at time of renewing I had the option of taking pause from my mentorship program. But now it's not showing, also I didn't take any pause during this period.

I want to pause the subscription for 1 week, discussed with my mentor, we both agreed on this. Kindly allow me to take pause for 1 week.
