Dear Preplaced Team,

I recently discovered an issue with my Pro Plan mentorship subscription with Gourab Banerjee, which began on March 29, 2024, as a 6+6 month plan. My subscription status is now unexpectedly marked as "Refunded" with an end date of October 30, 2024, though I did not request any refund. This status is preventing my mentor from scheduling further sessions.

Please investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I am eager to continue my mentorship as planned.
