Urgent: Refund the auto-debit amount "ASAP"

I had taken my 1 month LTM, now it is over since Sep 15 and I could see a message in my email saying the same amount 13,799 has been debited today morning, requesting to refund the entire amount asap and stop the auto-renewal.

Advice to the team: Let the mentees know about all these things before hand or else inform them to stop the auto-renewal, it is causing extra stress.
