I am writing to follow up on my refund request for the LTM package, which I
initiated on 22nd June 2024. The refund was scheduled to be processed by
today, 27th June 2024.
Today, however, I received an email from support@preplaced.in stating that
my LTM package has been resumed as per my request. I would like to clarify
that I have not made any such request.
Could you please look into this matter and ensure that my refund is
processed by today without any further delay? I appreciate your
understanding and prompt attention to this issue.
