Hi, My name is Arooj, and I recently used your service to prepare for an upcoming interview. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention directly. I scheduled two mock interviews through your platform, both of which were cancelled. In the first instance, the interviewer cancelled just before the interview, and in the second instance, the interviewer failed to show up despite being in contact with me through your website's chat feature. To make matters worse, when I attempted to call the provided number at the meeting time, the call was verified and then abruptly ended. Your automated customer support on WhatsApp was of no help in resolving these issues. This series of events has left me very dissatisfied with the service, and I feel let down by the lack of professionalism and reliability. I wanted to share this feedback with you directly, as I believe it's important for you to be aware of the issues within your company. My experience has unfortunately led me to decide not to recommend your service to others.
