Trial session error

I had booked a trial session with Pranab Chaudhuri on 26th March 2024. As the mentor did not attend the said session, I went ahead and cancelled the same. Now when I'm again trying to book a trial session with the same mentor; I'm getting a message that, I've already exhausted the same. Kindly look into this matter.
