Request for Subscription Date Correction for 3-Month Mentorship

Hi Team,

I opted for a 4-month mentorship last year, which ended in October 2023. Since then, I have not subscribed to any mentorship.

In July 2024, I subscribed to a 3-month mentorship and was informed that the days would be counted from the date of my first completed session.

However, since I already had a subscription history, it was treated as a continuation of my previous subscription, and the days started counting from the date of purchase instead of from my first completed session for this new subscription.

For clarity, my first session under this new subscription took place on 28th September 2024. Therefore, my subscription should end 3 months from that date, not from the day of purchase.
