Request for Refund Due to Medical Situation

I am writing to inform you that I am currently dealing with a medical situation at home that demands my immediate attention. As a result, I am unable to dedicate time to the mentorship program at this moment.

Could I please request a refund for the program? I intend to rejoin when my situation improves, but right now, I simply don't have the time. I kindly ask you to consider this request on medical grounds.
