I purchased a mentorship program a few months ago and attended only one session. Due to a medical emergency, I had to pause the mentorship temporarily and, unfortunately, I am still unable to continue as I need to focus more on my family.
I am trying to get a refund, but it is showing only around 7,000+ in my wallet. I am okay with receiving a wallet refund, as I plan to use it for a future course. However, since I only took one session, I request a full refund to my wallet, which I can use towards a future mentorship purchase.
Kindly understand my genuine request and process a full refund to my wallet. I appreciate your assistance with this matter.
