Request for a refund

There is an Issue with the paymet and I have informed Neha and Mazher within 1 day and I have only had 1 session. But now it's been more than 5 days and no one is responding. Especially neha is not responding to my messages and calls. Can someone please respond to me and let me know what's going on here.
