Regarding Refund and Cancellation processing of my LTM subscription

I had subscribed for 3 months LTM with Neetesh Mittal on Preplaced and after 2 sessions with him due to unsatisfactory ways and delays in responses , I opted to cancel LTM subscription with him. I am not getting any support in the refund process. There is no email acknowledged from preplaced team regarding this. Talked to Bhavay Kalra also , he is unable to manage the refund processing. I demand support to me in cancellation and refund process so that I can take further action with my new mentor's LTM subscription. The subscription is still showing active in my dashboard. please take necessary action ASAP.
