Regarding ghosting of Mentor Email - arkojeetphy007@gmail.com

Hello team, I'm Arkojeet Bera, and *I'm currently a mentee* at Preplaced under the mentorship of *"Yash Mundra."* We had a trial session last Saturday (1st June 2024), after which I opted for the mentorship program under him. He told me we will have three sessions weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). The following Tuesday (4th June 2024), he canceled the meeting, stating that he was running late and had to attend some PR reviews. After that, he scheduled the meeting yesterday (Thursday, 6th June 2024) at 8 pm. But after waiting for over 40 mins, he didn't join. I continuously tried to reach him at the mobile number (also WhatsApp number) he provided me ( 9606347019), which has been turning out to be busy since yesterday! I've already raised the concern with Dhruva and Bhavay. But still, as of now, it's unresolved! Please look into the matter. I've attached the screenshot of my last WhatsApp chat with him.
