regarding course pause and used days

dear team,

I started the course on Oct 7 and I purchased the course on 21 Sep but I didn’t take the first meeting as the first meeting states the course duration starts as my Grandmother expired, I started the course by 7 Oct so from there it should be like 4 day but it is showing 23 days used and my paused days are showing utilized, please look into this I have previously tried to connect with your support team or customer care but I didn’t get any solution. I have already informed this to my Mentor please confirm him for the same and bring the 23 days to 4 days and add my pause days or else refund me the money for mentorship
