Refund not received yet

I am writing for my pending refund of amount Rs 24,769 which is still not recieved. My LTM got cancelled by my mentor and I was promised a full refund to my bank account by our then assigned relationship manager. Kindly please look into the matter and refund the amount to my bank account as early as possible. Thank you.
