Refund for a payment

Hi Team,

I booked a session with one of the mentors and made a payment but I wanted to go some other metor and when I tried to change I was not able to and thus have cancelled the first one.

I cannot see any refund for the cancelled one as of now.

I would really appreciate for the same if I can get the refund.
