Query regarding long term mentorship

I have a 6+6 months long term mentorship with Mohit Gupta. Earlier I asked a question if it can be changed to 3 months. I have another question. Lets say after 3 months, can I change to another mentor. After my first session with Mohit sir, we realize, we'll be done within 3 months. So after that can i change to a different mentor. And in a different area. E.g. from Engineering Manager to Backend systems.
