Plan ended after 6 month and paid for 1 year

Hi,

I have booked for a year plan and only after 6 months the subscription is showing as completed. Last time when I checked with support team I was told I have a year plan but it does not show any active subscription on Dashboard. please find below the screenshot of the conversation for the mentioned issue.
