not able to locate "Ask a Question" answers

I asked a question using "Ask a Question" button which is located on every mentor page now i go a notification in what's app i got the answer but whenever i try to open the page link given in what'sapp it give me "The page you are looking for doesn't exist or has been moved." issue.

I am not able to locate the answer from directly form the UI also.
