Not able to access Mentor Chat Before August 3, all DSA links are up there in Chat, Chats not available which I had with mentor

see no Chat before is coming. I need this issue to be fixed immediately please other issues are still there but this is high Priority,

Please take this as high priority already I am not getting any benefit from this mentorship till now no refferals provided no clear roadmap and now chats also getting deleted why I have purchased this mentorship then
