NO COST EMI NOT WORKING

Hi Team - When I try to pay via No Cost EMI, merchant discount is not applied. In a No Cost EMI bank continues to charge interest however Merchant provides the discount upfront which is not happening. I spoke to Dhruv as well for a resolution but have not heard anything back. This is a blocker for me in payment and is not allowing me to complete my transation.
