Need to get money back

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding the DSA + System Design course I enrolled in. Unfortunately, I haven’t found the course to meet my expectations, particularly in terms of the LTM and overall content quality.

At this point, 3.5 months have passed, and the DSA portion is still not 80% completed. Additionally, there has been little clarity on when the Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) portions will be covered.

Given these circumstances and the challenges I am facing, I kindly request a partial refund of at least 50% of the course fee in cash. This would be very helpful to me, especially in my current situation.

I hope we can come to a resolution that works for both sides. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
