Need help with the refund

Hello Preplaced Team,

I'm reaching out with some disappointment regarding my mentorship experience. At the time of subscribing, my Relationship Manager (RM) assured me they would be available for support whenever needed. Unfortunately, I've experienced a lack of proactive communication from both the RM and the mentor.

I would appreciate your help in processing a refund or switching me to a mentor who is proactive and responsive, especially during times when I need guidance the most.
