I have opted for the LTM, which has a policy of 7 day no questions asked refund. However upon selecting the option for refund, I see no option for refund to bank. I don't understand the point of 7 day refund policy it the money is not getting refunded to my bank.
If the refund is not possible, I want assistance in exploring other mentors. I want to talk to a support person who can help me with further steps and answer my queries related to mentor change and how the package transfer will happen
