Mentorship supposed to start after 1st session

Hi, I was told at the time of purchasing that I can buy now to avail a discount and start the mentorship in June, because the 6+6 months only gets started once the first session is scheduled. However I am receiving messages from Preplaced saying "Day 1 of mentorship" etc. Can you please help with this?
