Mentor did not join any call just one 30 minute session

Mentor did not join any call just one 30 minute session when I cancelled, my hefty amount is deducted. Please check total minutes or support provided by mentor.


- Mentor changed or pre-placed changed total session from 2 session a week to 1 session a week - which is also why I cancelled.

- How can you deduct for 30 minute session around 5K?
