Mentor change

I would like to request a change in mentorship due to ongoing issues with my current mentor. The mentor has been inconsistent in scheduling and conducting sessions, which has impacted my ability to gain value and technical insights that I was hoping to achieve from the guidance. Despite my efforts to actively engage and participate, I feel that the mentorship has not significantly contributed to my technical development. I am eager to continue learning and growing in my role, and I believe a more consistent and knowledgeable mentor could provide the guidance necessary to meet my goals
