LTM subscription for 6 + 6 months LTM Subscription Renewal Issue

I hope this finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my LTM subscription. I had purchased a 6 + 6 months subscription with Vikash Kumar, but my subscription is not showing as active after the initial 6 months.

I have attached a screenshot of my subscription for your reference. Could you please investigate this matter and activate my subscription for the next 6 months as per the original plan?
