Long Term mentorship plan details are not reflecting Email - jalajrastogi4@gmail.com

Hi, I had booked a 3 months term mentorship plan starting from 5th March to 5th June. I renewed my plan on 19th May for another 3 months. My plan details are not reflecting on the dashboard and my session and task details are missing as well along with my chat history. I have attached the screenshot of my renewal mail as well.
