Dear Sahil, I hope you are doing well. I'm Dimple, a mentee, and I'm currently receiving long-term mentorship from Ashit Goel through your platform, Preplaced. I wanted to reach out to discuss an unresolved issue regarding the referral process associated with my current purchase plan. My plan includes 5 add-on referrals based on the Pro plan that I have purchased, and it's valid for 3 months, with 40 days remaining. I've tried reaching out to the mentee-support team multiple times, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. I'm looking forward to using the referrals I'm entitled to before my plan expires. I would greatly appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Could you please guide me on how I can go about using my referrals and let me know if there are any additional steps required from my side? Your help would mean a lot to me.
