IMPORTANT - Points not refunded yet

I have raised a request to change mentor and a preplaced person contacted me and mentioned your points will be credited with EOD but after 3 days still I did not receive my credits, so I am not able to change the mentor. I need preplaced coins immediately so that I can proceed with my new mentor.
