Haven't received refund amount and money got autodebited 2 times

Hi, I purchased LTM worth Rs. 2407/-, and cancelled but till now i haven’t received any amount and 2 days back my amount again got autodebited, I want full amt of 4814 to my account , pls resolve this asap and when i am trying to cancel autopay its asking to pay mandate amt of 2407, pls resolve this issue
