difficulty in downloading and sharing certificate

I'm having trouble sharing my certificate on LinkedIn. On the homepage of pre-placed, there's an option to share and add certificates, (the options are disabled in the Achievements hub.) however, I tried adding the Credential URL on LinkedIn from the homepage of pre-placed, but when I attempt to open the URL from the linkedin, the certificate is invisible.I cant download it either. I also tried sharing option. When I click on the "share certificate" option, it asks for permission ("Pre-placed Mentor would like to: Use the primary email address associated with your LinkedIn account, Use your name and photo, Create, modify, and delete posts, comments, and reactions on your behalf. You can stop this sync with this third party in your LinkedIn settings. Pre-placed Mentor terms apply. Learn more."). When I allow it, it just redirects to the pre-placed homepage, again from where certificate cannot be shared.
