Did not recieve any msg or call for the session scheduled on sat

Hi team, I generally get all the messages on whatsapp for the sessions scheduled and I mostly rely on those to check the upcoming sessions but this time I didn't get any msg or call on whatspp which left my session unattended and my mentor's valuable time was wasted too.
