Charged even after cancellation of subscription

I had cancelled my subscription on October 9th and here is the SMS I received as a confirmation of the cancellation. Still, I was charged Rs 13,450 on October 11th. Please provide me with the refund as I had taken the LTM program only for 1 month. Here is the SMS confirmation received. Also attached is the screenshot of the credit card transaction from today (October 11th).
