Cancellation of my mentorship and request for reimbursement

I would like to cancel my mentorship with Malay, as the number of sessions scheduled and completed are very minimal due to the unavailability of the mentor most of the time. I would like to request for a refund, since after taking LTM, I couldn't connect with my mentor due to his unavailability. Actually i had taken LTM in the month of December post that it was extended for couple of more months by Malay. Even during the extension i couldn't make full use of the mentorship. Most of the times the meetings were rescheduled. And availability of the mentor had been a problem throughout the mentorship.
