Cancellation of LTM and refund

I have cancelled my LTM subscription and requested for refund of the month of March 24. I have not received the same and today this month subscription amount also debited from my account. I have mailed to mentee-support@preplaced.in on 3rd april, 9 april and today also. i have talked to Mr. Dhruva Biradar regarding the same. Still amount is getting debited from my account and refund is not initiated.
