Canceling my active plan Email - subavenkatapathy@gmail.com

Hi, I would like to stop my monthly subscription plan.It is due for renewal ..but i would like to cancel it..i tried canceling it in preplaced.in but it is again showing that my plan is active..I am not sure whether my plan is cancelled or not.please do check my account and let me know.Incase if it is still active,i request you to stop/cancel the subscription starting from june 11 and please stop from autopayment.
