Build Opportunities - Applying bug

There is something going wrong when user clicks "Apply now for access" and then completes the configuration and clicks the final CTA. Noticed this with Anushka too yesterday, who was redirected to first screen after connecting LinkedIn, asking her to apply again. Instead she should have been seeing finished state of configuration page.

Notice the drop-off here which is 75%.
