A payment for the subscription was made by auto pay today but the subscription has not renewed

I had previously taken a mentorship for a month for a mentor, the payment had been done by razorpay and it had generated an autopay, today another month's amount was deducted but the subscription has not renewed, kindly refund for the money or renew the subscription
