6+6 PRO plan features not claimed after purchase

I am not able to choose which particular day to start my mentorship after purchasing the plan. I got this option once before not now.Also for pro plans, it was written i can pause upto 30 days.But here i m getting just 15 days for pause.Also no of days allowed for availing are showing less as opposed to what it should be for 6+6 months plan. So many pro plan feastures not supported and my exisitng past days and pause days are included in this renewed plan which should not be the case. It should have started afresh in terms of all its features
