2 Active subscription

Hi Team,

My profile is showing 2 active subscription. I had recently changed my mentorship from Shubham Khanna to Aman Jaiswal. My profile was showing - "Refund from Shubham" but now it's showing active subscription from Shubham as well as from Aman.

I want only one active subscription, that is only from Aman Jaiswal. Please correct this.
